Made from hand-harvested and selected Haghtanak grapes. Spontaneously fermented with wild yeasts present on the grapes.
Aged 7 months in Caucasian oak barrels. Ripe pomegranate in color, a dry full-bodied red with an intense bouquet. Black currant, cherries and vanilla notes create a flavor that persists and evolves. Pairs well with roasted meats, vegetables, or aged cheeses.
